Current pilot

SupportNote AI is currently an early demonstration product. Do not enter real client information, protected health information, confidential agency information, or other sensitive records into the pilot.

Information collected

The public waitlist and pilot-feedback forms may collect the information voluntarily submitted, such as name, email, role, company, and feedback. Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider.

Prototype storage

The current prototype may store drafts locally in the browser on the device being used. It does not yet provide secure user accounts, agency access controls, or approved storage for sensitive client records.

Future secure pilot

Before authorizing real client information, SupportNote AI will require additional privacy, security, access-control, retention, and vendor-compliance measures.
