No sensitive information

Users must use fictional information only and must not submit protected health information, personally identifiable client information, passwords, or confidential agency records.

Review required

Generated or formatted documentation must be reviewed by a qualified case manager before use. Users remain responsible for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency and government requirements.
